WHAT FORMAT IS THE WORKSHOP?
How To Unlock Weight Loss and Get Rid of the All or Nothing Mindset for GOOD will take place on zoom on October 23, 2023 at 7:30pm est. The first portion of the workshop will include a guided presentation which you will follow along with using a corresponding workbook. During the presentation you will write notes, create goals, and share thoughts in the chat. At the end, you can share your goals for live, personalized feedback and coaching.
IS THERE LIVE COACHING?
Yes! During the workshop, you will develop your personal goals and use my formula to break them down into smaller, achievable goals. At the end, you can submit your goals to me for live, personalized feedback.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT LIVE?
That's okay! A replay will be sent to everyone afterwards which you have access to forever. This becomes yours to refer to as needed any time in the future.
